Our Story

The Ring Legend started because of a pillow.

Somebody in the family was getting married, there was a small boy with a job to do, and the traditional answer was a satin cushion with two rings tied to it in a bow. It is a lovely object and it asks a four-year-old to do something no four-year-old wants to do: walk slowly, in front of two hundred people, carrying nothing interesting.

So we made him a briefcase instead. Real aluminium, RING SECURITY printed on both sides, sized for a child rather than a grown adult. He took the job extremely seriously, which was the entire point, and every single person at that wedding asked where it came from.

That was 2019. Since then the case has gone down the aisle at more than 1,700 weddings, in every US state and a fair few countries besides. Grandparents order it. Brides order it at two in the morning. People send us photographs afterwards, which is the best part of the job and the reason the gallery on this site exists at all.

We are a small family operation, not a marketplace seller with a warehouse. When you email help@theringlegend.com, a person named Dee reads it and answers, usually within a few hours. If your wedding is close and an order will not make it in time, we will tell you that rather than take your money.
